The App gives everyone at your business one place to report equipment breakdowns, property damage, or anything else your maintenance team needs to be aware of and it’s as easy as 1,2,3. All they require is an iOS or Android device and they can submit work requests – from anywhere in real-time.
So no more time wasted searching for maintenance support or sending emails duplicating the same message from the 3 other people reporting the same issue, forgotten or lost messages. Just open the app, identify the asset and its location, describe the issue, you can even attach a photograph. Click submit and you’re done.
